Hegang Serbia Steel Plant Technical Transformation Project

The joint venture between MCC overseas and MCC construction engineering successfully won the bid for the technical transformation project of Hegang Serbia steel plant. The project is located in the Serbian town of Smedarevo, 45km from the capital Belgrade, and is funded by hesteel group.

The renovation projects include the relocation and renovation of sintering system, the construction of a regenerative stepping beam furnace, and the new built 200,000 m3 lean oil sealed blast furnace gas cabinet.

Since Lonjing has a long-term co-operative relationship with MCC before, with a good reputation. MCC decided to work with Lonjing this time for flue gas desulphurization and dust removing for Hegang Serbia Steel Plant Technical Transformation Project.
